A visit with family, time between homes, or a temporary work assignment. Our furnished stays make room for shorter visits as well as longer stays, with everyday essentials already in place.
The Retreat in downtown McCormick is available to book on Airbnb for shorter or longer stays. You can also inquire directly. Dates, minimum stays, and terms vary by property.

The Gable Building is also home to commercial spaces. Caring for a mixed-use building means considering the people who live upstairs, the businesses below, and the neighbors around it.

Show the actual space. Explain sleeping arrangements, stairs, shared amenities, and other practical details so people can decide whether it fits.
For a furnished stay, that means a kitchen you can use and somewhere comfortable to settle in. For a residence or business, it means a sound, functional space and attention that continues beyond move-in.
Local knowledge, care for the building, and respect for neighbors are part of the work. A property belongs to a community as well as a portfolio.
